    • We are licensed property managers with a lot of combined experience as onsite managers (we have been Resident Managers and lived onsite managing properties for other large Property Management Co’s located in the Portland area).
    • We are not just a property management company, we are an Oregon small business and as such, will treat you, your properties and your tenants with personal professionalism and respect.
    • We are aware of the suffering economy and know that we will have to be creative in luring potential tenants and quick to respond to any leads.
    • We are insured and perform a professional service being aware of discrimination laws and landlord tenant laws and will abide by them.
    • Owners will have access to the financial records upon request.
    • Owners will receive accurate accounting of their property financials each month as well as monthly bank reconciliations.
    • We can pay all expenses for your property from the client trust account.  However we do not take responsibility for payment of the mortgage, taxes or insurance on the property.
    • All funds are held in a client trust account which is monitored by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
    • All refundable deposits are held in a separate insured financial institution client trust account so funds are available to the tenants upon move out if there are no damages.  This account also monitored by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
