We are insured and perform a professional service being aware of discrimination laws and landlord tenant laws and will abide by them.
Owners will receive accurate accounting of their property financials each month as well as monthly bank reconciliations.
We pay all expenses for your property from the client trust operating account that is set up by us specifically for your property. However, we do not take responsibility for payment of the mortgage, taxes, HOA dues or insurance on the property.
All funds are held in a client trust account which are subject to monitoring by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
All refundable deposits are held in a separate insured financial institution client trust account so funds are available to the tenants upon move out if there are no damages. This account also subject to monitoring by the Oregon Real Estate Agency.
We perform periodic drive-by inspections as well as scheduled 6 month interior and exterior inspections of your property.
