Tips for moving with pets

When you are a rental agency / property manager, you are not just handling some paperwork – you are actually engaging in helping people find their  ‘home’! This means you are often working with families and families often include beloved pets. Some of our properties allow pets with pet deposits – deposits are refundable if the pet does no damage. Prospective tenants should always ask when touring a potential home what the pet policy for that particular property is. If already renting a home, always check with the property manager for deposits, rules and restrictions when considering adding a pet to the family.  Not all owners allow pets.
